This agreement establishes long-term, stable funding to support J4’s crop development programs, with a focus on peas, lentils, flax, and faba beans.
Under the terms of the agreement, FP Genetics will provide ongoing financial support to J4 Agri-Science’s breeding and development efforts in exchange for priority access to new varieties emphasizing traits that directly benefit farmers—such as improved yield stability, herbicide tolerance, disease resistance, stress tolerance, and end-use quality.
