OSI-CAN is a grassroots program that began in Saskatchewan, offering hope and recovery to the men and women who serve our country. The program provides mental health support services to veterans, first responders and public safety personnel dealing with operational stress injury. Today, the program has expanded beyond Saskatchewan into British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba.
